[Bristol-Birds] Black-bellied Plover/John Sevier lake

Black-bellied Plover in non- breeding plumage - black armpits and white wing 
stripe evident in flight, stout black bill and black legs, overall gray-brown 
appearance, white belly and some light barring on chest
It is interesting that we had one here exactly two years ago today.

Other highlights:
Green Heron
Black-crowned Night Heron -2
Osprey
Bald Eagle - 2 adults

I did not locate the Common Gallinule today and it is my first day without any 
American Coots this year.  I'll miss those guys!
