[Bristol-Birds] Bald Eagle at the Weir Dam

On Monday, March 8, Gary and Nancy Barrigar, of Elizabethton, reported seeing
an Am. Bald Eagle at the Weir Dam. They watched the eagle catch and devour a
trout before moving on up the river. They also reported two Hooded mergansers
and a Pied-billed grebe.
