What about a Sunday class in conjunction with a 4H meeting but obviously open
it to the whole barn?

This is a fun idea! That time of day often is busy for me as I'm running kids

Hi all,
Some of you have expressed interest in a fitness class to get ready for the
upcoming season. I talked to the gym where I work out at, Applied Fitness
Solutions (AFS) and they are more then happy to put something together for us!
They gave me a couple of options:
1. We could all drop in for free at one of their regularly scheduled class
times (schedule attached). They pretty much run classes from 6am to 6:45pm
daily during the week and 6:45am to 2pm-ish on the weekends. Classes are an
hour long. They have a 5:30pm and 6:45pm class Monday - Thursday that I was
thinking might work well for most?
2. They will put together a class just for our group outside of their
regularly scheduled times. The class would cost $100 and we would just split
it among whomever signs up.
So I guess first, I want to gauge everyone's interest? Option 1 or 2? And then
I was probably going to look to do something the week of March 21st?
Feel free to forward this to others, I don't have a lot of contact information
and not sure who might be interested! Teenagers and adults are welcome!
AFS is located right next to the airport in Ann Arbor off of State Street.
Thanks
Chrissy
