do these enemies appear randomly? also I wonder if the statues make some sort
of noise when you approach them or something? do you know where the bomb goes
once you obtain it, or is it used automatically?

So I found out how to do it... but I think being blind is going to make it a
problem. There's a certain enemy type that appears, and when they do, a gong
rings, or something. When you beat them you get a mask and you have to put
three of them on a dragon statue. If anyone figures out how to do this without
sight, do let me know.
