The problem is there is more then one thing called "Mobile
Registry Editor" and I don't know which one to get. Can you maybe
give me a link so I don't download the wrong one?

Hello. As my instructions clearly state, you need "Mobile
Registry Editor." When you download it, it will be a zip file.
Download it, extract it, and run the executable file. This
program does not require an installation, so Mobile Registry
Editor will start right away. If you edeed any more help, let me
know.
