Here's how it works. In this 2d game, when you first start, a puzzle piece sinks like a stone to the bottom of the board. Your goal is to land it, so it can best fit into pieces that already fallen. Now, at first, with the first piece, it's easy, it can land anywhere in any place on the board. You can just drop it anywhere you want. And, it gets more and more challanging, as pieces start falling into other pieces, and you have to move and rotate them. The overall goal of tetris is to fit as many pieces together as seemlessly as possible, until the board fills up, and no more pieces can go in. There's a help command as well, space with h, it will give you the commands for tetris. If you want to drop a piece, because you've positioned it where you want it to go way before it'll hit, you can just drop it. Previous with back is the command. And, here's what the help messages mean. Inner left means back, inner right is advance, outer right is next, outer left is previous. That's the thumb-keys it wants you to press.
