You unfortunately, probably need to send your apex in for repair.

When I sent my apex in for a flash disk problem, HW found that my
Bluetooth board in the apex wasn't working. I didn't get it fixed,
since it was quoted at $950.00 (aproximately.)

My apex had never been dropped or mis-handled.
