[BNU] need help deleting emails from the server with gmail

Hello all,
I have like 1595 emails on the server which I already received.
I always kept a copy on the server just in case I needed it
again. Now from 1590 emails I can't find what I need anywy.
Also from that about 1200 emails came from this list. So my
question is how could I delete all or least about 50 at the time.
Because one after the other would take about 160 minutes.
Could someone help please?
