Hi. I love my apex and would not get wrid of it at all! I think this people said it to make trouble. The reason it said that it hates it because of the crash codes and it will crash like yours just did. You could tern speech off but then it might be difficult mostly if you have it on all the time like I do. I suggest to change to kng and delete them. When you are done with them just change back to eloquence if you really want to. The problem is that this person placed it into a subject so even if you don't open it it will still crash. If you have important emails the display will not be enough. Kng will be fine. Just use it to delete the code messages and you are done.
