Try removing the battery for 5 seconds and then then re insert
it.

Subject: [BNU] keep having to reset my braillenffd:

Hi all
I'm having a serious problem with my braillenote apex. It just
keeps freezing every 30 minutes. If I leave it behind for a
while my braillenote apex will not switch on. It just acts like
the battery is flat. I push the reset button for 5 seconds and
it resets. I have no issues when it's plugged in. Sometimes I
go away on a trip and plug my braillenote and nothing happens. I
unpkug it the next day, turn it on and nothing. I hold down the
reset button for 5 seconds until it beeps. After it resets, then
my braillenote would resume charging. It was pretty much low on
power when this happened. Can you please respond to me very
fast, as soon as possible, because I just dont want it to freeze
during school.
