I can send you a Bookshare book I found (I'll send it to you off-list, of 
course). But the 
definitive guide to HTML and XHTML can all be yours. I collect a lot of techie 
stuff, 
both Apex-compatible and PC compatible, and some of it neither; like that 
server-side CGI book I 
got just for the heck and the Perl of it. But I can send you a classic HTML 
text.
