Once you've gone to desktop after searching, you need to click on the name of the video (or the thumbnail with the time) and wait for that page to load. Then, you should press enter with o (no backspace), and then backspace with k. Hopefully a reset will take away any strage exception commands but yes-if they seem to happen a bit too often then contacting HumanWare wouldn't go amiss
