Hi Maureen,

I access gmail through my BN as well. Previous responses recommended
using skweezer, however, if your student is attempting to access using
the school's wi-fi network she may not be able to. I tried this method
before using the html file and it was blocked by my school's internet
software.
If she is not using keymail, the html file does work rather well. It
may seem annoying at first however it is really easy and quick once
she is used to it.
I have never experienced attachments not going through so I am unsure
how to resolve that problem.
Hope this helps.
Christina
