[BNU] error 11001

How do I deal with this error? I keep getting this every time I connect to my email. It is getting annoying. I've been putting up with this for over a year. It always says "error connecting to pop server; error 11001." I have deleted my account and reinstalled it. It fixes it for once and then goes back to doing what it did before. Everything is correct in my email account settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope someone can help with this before I throw this thing out the window. (Just kidding about that last part. But that just shows how frustrated I am.) I am running the latest version of Keysoft. Wayne
