Hi;I didn't see my message go through so I thought the problem had come up again. Thanks very much for the reply. I'm a relatively new user. Although the browser has been very frustrating, thus far the email program has worked very well. This is the first time I've had this little adventure. I did a reset and for the moment problem solved. How often does this type of thing tend to reoccur? Also I was at guiding-eyes a year ago with a different notetaker and found that to get the email program to work had to set incoming and outgoing passwords. I don't see any option for an outgoing password. Should I find myself in a similar solution is there a fix?
