Sorry if I wasn't clear.
You would need ftp software. There's various free programs that
you can use to create your own FTP site.
You can do a google search for ftp software free download to find
links.
After you find and install the software, you can create your own
ftp site which would basically be a url gateway to the folders
that you want on your pc.
Again, I've never setup one so I don't know how easy or hard it
is.
