Hello Nikki,She didn't access her dropbox. She was downloading files from direct dropbox links that I had sent her.
I'm not sure why the original link wasn't downloading for her.Since she was having issues with it, I sent links for each zipped file instead of the link to the original folder & then she was able to successfully download them.
