Where do you go to do a factory reset?

If you say yes to the factory reset, put all your files and
folders on a usb stick or sd card first, because you will lose
everything. Also, if you have any extra extensions installed you
will have to reinstall them. You will not have to reinstall the
licences, just the actual programs.

What are you trying to do with your device? Do you mean you dont
have enough space on the flash disk or the ram? If the ram, do a
1-2-3 reset. If it is a flash disk issue, you can say yes for
the factory reset.

Subject: [BNU] bn won't open anymre streaming files

Hi
My bn will no longer load media files from the internet and
files
from
blindy.tv. Why is this happening? Does it have anything to do
with the
error I got upon reset? It said errer on flash disk, then it
asked if
I wanted to perform a factory raset to which I said no and after
that,
it seemed to work. So anyway, whats the problem?
