[BNU] Using Braille note apex as braille display:

Hi, I am wondering if any of you have been able to use your Apex as a
braille display with your computers and if so how you are connecting it.
Both Jaws and NVDA show that we should be able to connect, but neither one
is allowing us to connect. Any help would be appreciated.
