[BNU] Recording formats

Hello,
I am wondering how I can change the recording format to be something
smaller than WAV? I have classes and I would really love to change to
the Apex full-time, but I have 3 or 4 lectures a week that I record and
recording and saving in a WAV is kind of a joke with an 8 gig memory.
