[BNU] Question about PowerPoint

Hi all.

Let me introduce myself.  I am Donna Smith and I have had a
BrailleNote Apex for almost a year.  It is a QT 18-cell Apex.

I am a trainer by profession and use Powerpoint quite a lot.  I use a
laptop to display the slides to the audience and my BN to follow the
slides as a stand-alone unit, not as a display attached to my laptop.
I have been having the problem of my BN freezing up.  Originally, it
appeared to be a factor of the size of the presentation.  I started
breaking up day-long presentations into smaller pieces and I removed
any pictures to make the file size smaller.  However, in the last
month, it has been freezing up even on very short presentations.  It
is not an always thing, but is often enough to be a problem.  Any
suggestions?
