[BNU] How to convert a text doc to KEYWORD format?

Hello all,
I recently sent a couple of MS Word documents via my PC to
myself from my gmail account as attachments. I then downloaded
that email in my BN Apex BT 32 running KS 9.3.1 build 1176. Then
I chose to detach the documents so I could edit them.
What I was not counting on was that this process saves the
documents as "text" documents which (as far as I "know) can only
be edited by using computer braille. I'd like to know how I can
reformat them so that I can edit them in grade 2 braille instead.
I'd appreciate your input.
