If you can’t disconnect the cord from the wall plug, then you are using the
wrong adapter. Are you sure it isn’t just tight?
Have a prosperous 2017!

hi,
just like with the iPhone,
you can just remove that plug off the USB and plug it in that way.

Hi,-------------------------------
With all the recent issues I'm experiencing with my BN touch, I called
Humanware yesterday, and they're sending me a new sd card.
Before I receive the card, I need to transfer all my files to a computer.
How can I do this?
They said to use the cable that charges the unit, but that has a wall plug
at one end, and the micro-usb at the other end.
What can I do?
Thanks,
Jessica
