There is not. The best you can do is to create a keyword braille or brf file, 
then translate it into the format you want. The apex lets you do this 
automatically when you attach a braille file to an email, but aside from that 
it is all manual. Of course, when you print a file it will appear normally 
whether it is braille or not, at least it should, but to exchange digital 
copies with sighted people will require a translation.
