[BNU] Does anyone have this issue with their Apex or Mpower?

Hi all,
So here is what happens to me every single time a file is
downloaded.
I download the file, which takes about fifteen or more seconds.
Less, depending on the file in question. After I download it, I
go to the internet with Enter, Bacspace and i, and it is slow to
respond. Aft that, I go to keychat to chat, back to internet,
and it is slow to go to the page.
I was wondering, does anyone else have this happen to them? I
always have to reset after converting and downloading a video
because the Apex slows. Or, if I have been downloading a lot.
