Hello. A few things I can think of:1. Flash Disk: Have you managed to fix the issue where the bn says "The operation completed succesfuly?" If you have fixed this, than yes, your flash disk is working, so that shouldn't be an issue. 2. UK dictionary and thesaurus: You are being asked if you want to install the UK dictionary and thesaurus most likely because you have its installation file in the none folder of one of your drives (flash disk, sd card, or hard disk). Look for it and delete it. 3. If your flash disk isn't the issue: Try first deleting the Oxford folder from your flash disk, and then doing a 4-5-6 reset. After you have done this, try re-installing the dictionary and thesaurus. Let me know if none of these suggestions work, and I will see what else I can think of.

I believe the letters US should be somewhere in the instalation filename. Are you trying to install it on your new apex? If so, I can understand why it wouldn't work. If my theory is correct, you have a damaged flash disk. And guess where the files for the dictionary and thesaurus are located? On the flash disk. So unfortunately, both recent issues you have posted about are probably caused by the same thing.
