I am not sure what you mean by multiple entries. Can you explain a bit more? If 
you mean copying from one file to another, simply mark the block, copy to the 
clipboard, paste, and then repeat. You can do this as many times as you like. 
If you mean copying from somewhere else, such as the address manager or e-mail 
program, use backspace with Kay to copy the content on the display, and then 
paste it into your document.
