[BNU] Conect Synch for Windows7?

HI guys
I'm curious if with Windows7, one can use the Conectivity symch feature,
to connect the Apex to the PC via USB, permitting me in this case to
move files from the PC to the Apex and vice versa via USB? I have the
cable needed, thus I only need instructions such as where to download
the Synch software I need to install here on my Laptop etc
