Not sure how often it needs to be done, but here is how I clean it and it works good. Put your display in exercise mode and then rub a damp but not soaking wet cloth across it for about 30 seconds. Then rub a completely dry cloth across it for about 30 seconds. Then turn exercise mode off and your display should be good to go. To clean the other parts, just rub a damp but not soaking wet cloth across the keyboard as well as all parts of the case. Then rub everything, case and keyboard down with a completely dry cloth. When you are done, feel everything to make sure it is dry and if it is not, then dry it with a cloth. Do not use any soap or cleaning compounds. Just use water.

No cleaning solutions should be used. The manual says to send your BN back about every 12 months to have HW clean the display properly. I think my Apex could use with a good cleaning. Is there a way I could clean it myself or do I have to send it in?
