[BNU] Cleaning My Braille Display

Dear BrailleNote Users List,
I have a BrailleNote Apex running KeySoft 9.2.2. I would like to
know how I can clean my braille display. I have a blind tutor
who said that I can use Isopropol alcohol to clean it. It says
in the manual that I have to send it back to Humanware to have
the display cleaned. Is this true? Please respond as soon as
possible.
