You would either have to log on to the gmail site on keyweb or
use something like a computer or iPhone to delete the problem
email or if it's a big email you could go in the keymail settings
and set the size limit for automatic download of email to
something small, then when you go to check your email and get the
this email is too large prompt, hit skip to leave it on the
server so you can view it on another device later or just d for
delete if you don't want to see it again.

I have one particular message that keeps hanging at %89. I've
been told
their's a way to delete just one message from the inbox and then
proceed with downloading the rest. Can someone please tell me
