Hi--Whenever I receive a Word document that I created on the Apex via e-mail, any bullets disappear. For example, if I send class notes to someone, that person edits the files and sends it back to me, all bullets are missing, and I have to re-enter them. I've seen this issue in RTF files; does the same thing happen with DOC (I know you can't do bullets in KeyWord)? What causes this, and is there any way to fix it?
