Hi Linda,
If the email account has not yet been configured on the web
server, you need to do that first. First, access the provider
website and create your account. Then, set it up on the Apex.

Hi Everyone,
It has been a long time since I've been on here.
I have a question. Someone told me that in order to create an
email account you have to do it on the computer first and then
the Apex. Is this true? I was positive that when I got some help
in creating an email account I never used the computer to do it.
Any thoughts?
