[BNU] An issue with Keybook

Hi all,
Today, in class, I was trying to read a book.
The BN kept on freezjng and it would jump all the way to the top of the book.
When I tried searching for text, it would find it, I could read a few
braille lines, then, with no worning, booom, it would jump to the top
of the book.
Has anyone seen this?
The book I'm reading is 1984 by George Orwell.
I tell you this because I read a few other books, and have never had
that big of a problem with it.
