Actually I think that the enter with 1-3 works very well and should work. But if that doesn't, the earphones that come with the ban have a small sliding volume that is extremely effective and can reduce sound to almost zero. As for chat smg sounds, I advice you just take the msg sound, decrease the volume or something (or get a different softer one entirely) and replacinge the existing one.

Hi all, I am really getting annoyed by the way the BN handles some sounds. For example, when listening to music or any content on the Media Player, even at volume 1, the sound is to loud. If you use space with dots 1-3 to adjust it, it's still to loud. I know because people say that I listen to my music way to loud. Also, when chatting on KeyChat, with all most all Sound Packs I've tried, the new chat sound is blasted on the speakers or headphones, even at volume one. I'm sorry that this is a rant, but I have a feeling their may be a way to fix these issues, even if there isn't much we can do. -------------------------------BNU: BrailleNote Users - a forum for users of BrailleNote family of products from Humanware.
