For now the dialog, Translation Templates, is just a way to edit the 
configuration file with no bias for or against any particular setting. We can 
at some point decide that certain settings should not be changed in BB but for 
now it is all inclusive.

It seems to me that the user shouldn't be concerned with the formatFor setting. 
This is an internal matter for the application. Of course during development 
peopole may want to experiment, but once things are more advanced such 
experimentation should be unnecessary.
