We probably have the “OutputFormat” case error in there or Vic has it in his
user settings.

Chuck,
The page number dialog still won’t come up for me. Now it is merged with
default so I can’t change any of my settings. Obviously it must be working for
others, so what might be causing my problem. I am attaching my error log to
this message to see if it might be helpful. It has never worked for me, even
when checking out the pageNumberDialog branch.
I am running BB built from the repository with 64-bit Java 1.7.0_51 on 64-bit
Windows 7. I also have the latest liblouis.dll and liblouisutdml.dll built from
their repositories.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
