[brailleblaster] Testing BrailleBlaster with Orca

Some people who have tried to test BrailleBlaster with Orca have
encountered undefined symbol messages even after following all
instructions and installing the latest versions of liblouis and
liblouisutdml. This is because some distributions do not have a recent
version of liblouis. It is therefore necessary to find where the
distribution has placed its version of liblouis and either delete it or
copy the .so file that was just installed into that location.
