[brailleblaster] Replying to recent discussions

Now when I run BrailleBlaster on Windows I don't get any errors. The
folders are there. This may be a problem that some users will encounter.
Thanks Michael, for the revised build.xml file. It is in the latest
push.
Vic, I'll fix the new bug you found. You are certainly an eager beaver
tester.
Freelists has gotten the idea that some of the pushes contain viruses.
Fortunately, the last one went through.
