The build files for making liblouisutdml.dll and .lib are nearly
finished. At this point development would be speeded up if someone with
real familiarity with Microsoft nmake would take a look at them. I have
not been able to find a real reference manual. If you have Mercurial,
type the following line:
hg clone http://liblouisutdml.googlecode.com/hg/liblouisutdml
There is a README.windows file in the base directory with instructions.
Followingthem should produce liblouisutdml.dll and .lib. the latter
looks ok, but the dll file has a length of 0.
