[brailleblaster] Near-term Development Plans

I am begining to implement an inner class of
org.brailleblaster.wordprocessor.DocumentManager to handle UTDML. This
will not have a visible effect for a while, but it is necessary for
editing of both braille and print and for showing lines of print
that correspond to Braille lines.
However, I hope to find out before that how to scroll through large
files in both panes. the ability to modify the screen wil be turned off
so people no longer thinkthey can save changes. It will be turned back
on when the machinery for transferring screen changes to the underlying
xml files is in place. However, the ability to enter text on the screen
when a file has not been opened will remain.
I also have people working on internationalization or localization.
