[brailleblaster] BrailleBlaster ready for the next release

That is the Java code is ready. There have been multiple reports of
problems with liblouis. Fixing those bugs will have the highest priority
for the next week or so. The BrailleBlaster code can be puled from the
repository and built using ant. Until the actual release, if you need
BrailleBlaster for a presentation or something it would be best to also
build liblouis and liblouisutdml from their repositories.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Bugs have the last word!
