Hi Melissa,
To answer your first question, please make sure you aren't displaying your
results in Tables view, as opposed to List view.
Just below the Modify Results heading, locate List View. If List View is
indicated as a link, it means you are in Tables view, and need to switch to
List view by pressing Enter on that link.

is there any way to submit books that are up coming and those that are missing
