Hello Everyone,

I have already contacted support staff, and they are supposed to gbet back 
to me.  In the meantime, have any of you had trouble renewing your 
subscription to Bookshare?  If you found a solution, what did you do?

I enter the credit card information,  and fill in all the fields.

After going through the confirmation screen, I hit the spacebar on the 
Purchase button.  I get a message that my order is  being process, and I 
will get an email shortly.  However, I never get one.

I have tried doing this with both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Any ideas?
