Carrie is the one working on fixing the problem. Why don't you write to her
directly at ckarnos@xxxxxxxxx since she doesn't subscribe to this list and
you don't subscribe to the bksvol-discuss list that she's subscribed to.
Last I heard she was going to work on the book this weekend, but I would
suspect it will be Monday or Tuesday at least before she can get Gustavo to
approve her latest attempt at fixing the problem.
