I submitted one yesterday with no problems.

I take then that the quality report page is not working better than it used
to? I could never get one submitted and did mention that to someone. I just
haven't had to submit anything lately.

    Hey all
Yep Patti and Judy that's the best way to report problems with a
book. Fill out a quality report. Have been really impressed
with them in that regard as they DO rescan them. Did so recently
for me, on one of the repairman Jack Series that had major
problems. Also Desperation by Stephen King. Did the same thing.
So do submit those book quality reports. Only way they'll every
know there trouble with one, and they do take note.
    My best to all
    Jack and Becky
