humph. Like movie remakes of old movies. Too bad there aren't more original 
ideas in these authors' minds. imo, it's fine to have this sort of thing in 
blogs or chat rooms or whereever they're for I  forget the name of the 
genre--fan something? n it's true that there are no doubt readers for them and 
there are already more books being published than I can possibly read, but 
still, ...just venting.
