Lisa,

We appreciate having you and John post to the list.
It's nice to keep apprised of what's going on, both in
Palo Alto and, for those of us who can't be there, at
CSUN. One of the problems in the past has been that
the volunteers who subscribe to the lists don't always
know what's going on. when people have written to John
and Gustavo directly, as people do, they do receive
answers, but frequently those answers help others with
the same problems but they don't get them. Also,
sometimes what's happened in the past is that people
post their questions and problems and maybe the
problems get fixed and the person who posted might
know that but those who read about it don't and think
no one is paying attention. So it's nice for all of us
to know what's going on.

I think last year Jim or Janice or someone posted a
summary of what went on at the bookshare meting--what
problems were brought up, what the solutions or
answers were, etc. One question I suspect will be
brought up, that we'd all like to know, is how the
search for replacement staff is coming.

I echo your comment to John that he not go into the
office if he doesn't feel well, and I'm sure we all
do. smile

And that we all hope that you have fun as well work
and don't get too tired.

Cindy
