Here's the response that I received today when I asked about getting the
publisher's copy.
Hi Miriam,
I have checked the publisher's queue for this book but they have not sent
the files. We are dependent on the publisher to send the files for Wish List
books. Hopefully, this will be soon!
Othewise, the manual process with a volunteer will yield results. Please be
patient as these books are dependent upon volunteers' availability.
