I can tell you one thing. I joined Bookshare in 2007 or 2008 and then didn't
renew my membership until 2012 and my account was there with the same
password.

Subject: [bookshare-discuss] Renewing and Asking for Credit Help.

I have been a member of Bookshare since March of 2010. The first year's
subscription was provided for me by Bob Acosta's Helping Hands for the Blind
people, a gift which I truly appreciated. After that, I purchased my own
subscriptions until April of 2015. A friend of mine paid for that
subscription for me due to some financial difficulties on my end.

My current subscription will expire April 3, 2016 and, I have so many books
on my reading list that I really eventually want to read. How would I go
about getting or asking for credits so that I don't have to allow my
subscription to expire? If I have to let my subscription expire, and renew
later down the line, how long would my information be maintained on the
site?

Thanks for any help someone may be able to provide. I look forward to
responses.

I do apologize if this doesn't belong on this list but wasn't sure quite
where to turn. If this should be taken off-list, my email address is:

Thanks, in advance for any responses.
